Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of CI programmes.

• Introduce and embed Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.


• Work with senior leaders and operational teams to deliver sustainable improvements.


• Develop internal CI capability through coaching and mentoring.


• Use data and performance measures to identify priorities and track results.


• Support cultural change and encourage a structured approach to problem solving.


• Lead and develop a team of CI professionals.

To be considered for this role, candidates should have significant CI, Lean, Six Sigma, or Operational Excellence experience within a complex manufacturing or industrial environment.

A proven track record of delivering measurable operational improvements is essential, alongside strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent experience would be advantageous.
