Job Title: Integrated Marketing Manager

SUMMARY STATEMENT:



Manages the development and execution of Rust-Oleum's brand and marketing strategies across assigned product platforms.

Translates consumer, competitive, and category insights into compelling brand narratives, messaging frameworks, and campaign strategies that connect product strategy to marketing activation.

Develops creative briefs and partners with the internal and external resources to bring big ideas to life, ensuring integration across channels and alignment to brand positioning.

Manages end-to-end campaign workflow, driving cross-functional collaboration and ensuring on-time, on-budget, and on-brand execution.





JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Partner with Product Development and Business Unit leaders to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies and plans that align product launches and growth initiatives with marketing activation.
  


• Translate business and consumer insights into brand positioning, narratives, and integrated marketing plans that support brand and category growth.
  


• Lead the development of campaign strategies and creative briefs that clearly define objectives, target audiences, insights, and success metrics.
  


• Partner with creative agencies and internal teams to develop breakthrough ideas and campaigns that express brand strategy and drive measurable impact.
  


• Manage the end-to-end campaign process, from concept and creative development through asset delivery, ensuring alignment with business strategy, timelines, and budgets.
  


• Collaborate with across marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and activation across all channels.
  


• Serve as the key brand marketing liaison to Product, ensuring marketing initiatives support commercial objectives, growth logic and in-market execution.
  


• Coordinate cross-functional input from Product, PR, and Demand Generation to deliver cohesive go-to-market plans and integrated communication calendars.
  


• Monitor brand performance, campaign KPIs, and category trends; partner with analytics and insights teams to inform ongoing optimization across channels.
  


• Contribute to the development of frameworks and processes that improve campaign planning, creative alignment, and marketing efficiency.
  
  
  


• Support brand architecture, identity, and positioning work led by the Director, ensuring consistency across assigned product platforms.
  
  
  


• Performs other duties as assigned in the interest of Rust-Oleum.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  


• 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience with proven expertise in brand strategy, go-to-market planning, and campaign development.
  


• Strong understanding of product commercialization and launch planning within a consumer goods or multi-channel environment.
  


• Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Channel Marketing to align business and marketing strategies.
  


• Experience developing brand narratives, creative briefs, and campaign plans that connect insight, strategy, and execution.
  


• Excellent project management skills; capable of leading multiple campaigns and workstreams simultaneously.
  


• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret performance data and consumer insights to guide strategy.
  


• Skilled communicator with the ability to influence, align, and build trust across matrixed teams.
  


• Experience managing agency relationships and delivering integrated, results-driven marketing programs.
  


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a balance of strategic and executional responsibility.
  


• Able to provide guidance to subordinates within the latitude of company policies.
  


• Experience with advising subordinates how to meet schedules and/or resolve technical problems.
  


• Ability to recommend changes to policies and establish department procedures.
  


• Able to develop and manage operational initiatives to deliver results.
  


• Able to translate functional plans into operational processes and oversee implementation.
  


• Ability to collaborate with customers and functional peers on matters that impact multiple departments.
  


• Able to execute financials, business planning, and organizational priorities.
