MLR have a very exciting for a Director of Marketing to join this stunning 5

* luxury hotel in the heart of Dublin City Centre, part of a well-established Irish hotel group with a portfolio of luxury properties.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to take ownership of the marketing function within one of Dublin's leading luxury hotels, working closely with the senior management team to continue driving brand awareness, guest engagement and commercial success.

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the hotel's marketing strategy across all areas of the business, including rooms, food and beverage, events and guest experiences.

You will oversee digital marketing, social media, content creation, PR activity, website management and seasonal campaigns, ensuring the hotel maintains its strong market presence and luxury positioning.

The ideal candidate will have previous senior marketing experience, a strong understanding of digital marketing, excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver impactful campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
