Up to £65k basic + Car Allowance + £85k-£100k OTE + Benefits

Redline Group is recruiting on behalf of a genuine global leader in e-waste management, electronics recycling and circular economy services for a Business Development Manager to support the ongoing growth of their UK operations.

This is a commercially focused role where you will combine industry knowledge with consultative sales expertise to manage existing key accounts and develop new business opportunities across e-waste recycling, electronics reuse, recovery and sustainable end-of-life solutions.

The Opportunity

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

• Drive new business opportunities across e-waste recycling, electronics reuse, recovery and circular economy services


• Manage existing key accounts and identify opportunities to increase revenue and service penetration


• Engage with Sustainability, Procurement, Facilities, Operations and Environmental leaders to understand waste management and sustainability requirements


• Develop consultative, solution-led proposals tailored to customers' environmental, commercial and regulatory objectives


• Identify opportunities to maximise the reuse, refurbishment, recovery and responsible recycling of electronic equipment and components


• Develop compelling proposals, tenders, RFP responses and commercial models


• Work closely with operations, environmental compliance and technical teams to scope and deliver effective recycling and recovery solutions


• Maintain strong post-sale relationships and identify further opportunities for account growth


• Build long-term relationships with organisations looking to reduce e-waste and improve the sustainability of their electronics lifecycle

Key Requirements

• 3-5+ years' experience in technical sales, business development or solution consulting


• Background within e-waste, electronics recycling, recycling, waste management, circular economy, electronics manufacturing or related sectors


• Good understanding of electronics lifecycle, recycling, recovery and reuse processes


• Strong commercial awareness with a proven ability to manage and convert a sales pipeline independently


• Experience leading customer presentations and supporting complex tender/RFP processes


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills


• A genuine interest in sustainability, circular economy and reducing the environmental impact of electronic waste
