Front of House Manager - Branded Hotel in East London
Salary: £40,000 per annum + Benefits

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Front of House Manager to join a well-established branded hotel in East London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident hotelier who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys leading a team, and is passionate about delivering an outstanding guest experience.

As Front of House Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day operation of the hotel’s front office and guest-facing functions.

You’ll lead from the front, ensuring consistently high standards of service while supporting and developing your team.

Responsibilities:

• Leading, motivating and developing the Front Office team.
• Overseeing daily front of house operations, including check-in and check-out.
• Ensuring a warm, professional and consistent guest experience.
• Handling guest feedback and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
• Driving guest satisfaction and service standards in line with the brand.
• Managing rotas, staffing levels and operational requirements.
• Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.
• Supporting the achievement of departmental targets and commercial objectives.
• Coaching and developing team members to maximise performance.
• Ensuring all brand standards, procedures and compliance requirements are maintained.
