Children's Social Worker - Leaving Care Team

We are looking for a Children's Social Worker to join a Leaving Care Team on a maternity cover contract.

Applicants must hold a social work qualification and have at least three years' post-qualifying experience.

About the team
The team supports young people aged 16-18 as they prepare to leave care and become more independent.

You will work with them and partner agencies on housing, education, employment, benefits and other aspects of adult life.

About you
You will be an enthusiastic and committed social worker who works effectively within children's services.

You must hold a social work qualification (Degree, DipSW or CQSW), have at least three years' post-qualifying experience, and hold a valid UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
