We are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team and play an important role in the continued growth of the business.

This is a varied and autonomous position, giving you the opportunity to work across both temporary and permanent recruitment, recruiting for a diverse range of industries and roles at all levels.

The role offers a great balance between working from our Linton office and regularly visiting clients at their offices and sites, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships and develop your own client portfolio.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process, developing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

You'll have the autonomy to manage your own workload and vacancies while working closely with both clients and candidates to deliver an exceptional recruitment service.

We're looking for someone who is:
​- An experienced Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record
​- Confident in developing and maintaining strong client relationships
​- Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own workload

​- A strong communicator with excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
​- Proactive and confident in developing new business opportunities
​- Organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
