An opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join a well-established estate agency known for their proactive approach to lettings and tenant relations across the Edinburgh residential market.

As a Property Manager, you will manage a residential property portfolio, oversee tenancy matters and support the wider property management team.

This full-time role offers a salary range of £32,000 - £35,000 and benefits.

You will be responsible for:



* Manage a portfolio of residential properties throughout the tenancy lifecycle


* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants


* Coordinate maintenance and repair works ensuring issues are resolved efficiently


* Handle tenancy disputes, complaints and complex property matters


* Ensure all properties remain compliant with Scottish lettings legislation and safety requirements


* Oversee HMO properties and associated licensing obligations


* Conduct property inspections and follow up on any required actions


* Support and mentor junior members of the property management team


* Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure high service standards


* Maintain accurate property records and documentation


The candidates from the following background will be considered:



* Property Manager, Lettings Manager, Lettings Property Manager, Residential Property Manager, Property Management Officer, Tenancy Manager, Portfolio Manager or in a similar role.


What we are looking for:

Essential:



* Minimum 2-3 years experience within residential property management


* Understanding of Scottish lettings legislation and compliance requirements


* Experience managing HMO properties


* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and workloads simultaneously


* Confident handling challenging conversations and resolving disputes


* Experience mentoring or supporting colleagues


Desirable:



* ARLA Propertymark qualification


* Letwell qualification
