ADAS Technical Specialist

Salary – Competitive, negotiable depending on experience
Hours – Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Location – Norwich
Job Type – Permanent, Full-Time

 

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading specialist automotive technology business for an experienced ADAS Technical Specialist to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within the rapidly expanding ADAS, diagnostics and electric vehicle sector and to come off the tools as it will be a helpdesk position.

You will be working from their head office in the Norwich area carrying out ADAS Technical Support.

 

The Role

As a Mobile ADAS & Diagnostic Technician, your responsibilities will include:

- Carrying out ADAS queries to manufacturer specifications.
- Vehicle diagnostics, fault finding and rectification.
- Module programming, coding and configuration.
- Diagnosing faults methodically and recommending appropriate repairs.

 

What We\'re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

- Previous experience working within a Bodyshop, main dealer or professional automotive environment.
- A minimum Level 3 Motor Vehicle qualification is desirable.
- Strong diagnostic and electrical knowledge.
- Experience using automotive diagnostic equipment.
- Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicles.
- A methodical approach to fault finding and diagnostics.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A flexible and professional attitude.
