This is an opportunity to set the marketing direction across multiple markets, lead product launches and show the commercial impact of your work.

We're looking for a Global Marketing Manager who can think strategically, get close to the detail and bring Sales, Product and regional teams together.

THE ROLE:

As Global Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of the international marketing strategy and turn it into campaigns that build the brand, generate demand and support sales.

You'll:

  Develop marketing plans for multiple regions and customer markets.

  Lead campaigns across digital, content, brand and communications.

  
  


• 
  

  Shape product positioning and deliver international launches.

  
  


• 
  

  Keep the brand consistent while adapting activity for local markets.

  
  


• 
  

  Work closely with Sales to generate opportunities and support customer acquisition.

  
  


• 
  

  Use campaign data and market insight to improve performance and demonstrate ROI.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage budgets, agencies and external partners.

  
  


• 
  

  Present results, ideas and recommendations to senior leadership.

  
  


• 
  

  Help develop the marketing function as the business grows.

  
  

ABOUT YOU:

You may currently be a Global Marketing Manager, International Marketing Manager, Group Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Manager or Head of Marketing.

You'll bring:

  Experience delivering marketing across international or multiple regional markets.

  
  


• 
  

  A track record of building strategies that support commercial growth.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of digital marketing, brand, content and demand generation.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience leading campaigns and product launches.

  
  


• 
  

  The confidence to work with and influence senior stakeholders.

  
  


• 
  

  A practical approach: you're comfortable setting direction and making things happen.

  
  


• 
  

  The ability to use data to make clear decisions and show what's working.
