An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Planner to join a leading contractor delivering a major mission-critical construction project in Iver.

This role is specifically suited to a planner who understands how projects are physically built—not someone who simply updates schedules.

You will take ownership of developing a fully coordinated and buildable construction programme, using federated BIM models to understand installation logic, sequencing and interfaces.

You'll work in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment where planning is central to successful project delivery.

Your Role as a Senior Planner Will Include:

• Developing and managing detailed construction programmes informed by federated BIM models.


• Working closely with project managers, engineers and site teams to align programme logic with installation methodology.


• Coordinating complex MEP and CSA sequences and interfaces across a mission-critical project.

As a Senior Planner, You Will Need:

• Experience working as a Senior Planner, Construction Planner or Planning Engineer.


• A strong construction planning background on technically complex projects.


• The ability to build programmes from drawings, scopes and BIM models—not simply maintain existing schedules.


• Experience delivering large-scale projects valued at £50 million or more, ideally within data centres, industrial or high-tech facilities.


• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or Asta Powerproject.
