As the Head of Brand you will be responsible for developing and leading the restaurant brand projects, promotional activity, calendar, seeing ideas through from concept generation to production and implementation.

You will oversee the development and implementation of support materials.  This is a senior level position and will help lead the business in the right direction.  

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

• To develop and lead the brand projects and retail promotional marketing activity calendar, seeing ideas through from concept generation to production and implementation, ensuring a consistent brand image and message at all times. 
• To proactively contribute to the sales building programme 
• To ensure that the marketing budget is spent effectively and within agreed parameters 
• To coach and develop the marketing team direct reports. 

Who will you be?

• You will be a confident communicator and must be able to handle multiple projects.  
• You will have a proven track record in Restaurant marketing.  
• Managing a small team and a sizeable budget this is a great opportunity to demonstrate your creativity and leadership.   
• A background from branded restaurants, pub chains or a hospitality related business in a marketing/brand role is essential 
• Excellent knowledge of the Casual Dining Sector - ESSENTIAL 
• Experience in managing an external PR company 
• Impeccable English – spelling, grammar and pronunciation 
• Demonstrate skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing activities  
• Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organisational and personal skills  
• Experience managing budgets  
• Experience managing, hiring, training, developing, supervising and appraising team members
