This is a key operational role for a hands-on hospitality leader who enjoys being visible throughout the property, supporting department heads and driving consistently high standards across the guest experience.

The successful candidate will have strong hotel operations experience, excellent people-management skills and a sound commercial understanding.

You will work closely with the General Manager while playing an important role in team development, operational performance and the continued success of the hotel.
