Home Care Manager, North Wales (Caernarfon base) | £35,000-£40,000

Two communities are waiting to meet you.

On one side, the Llŷn peninsula.

On the other, the Menai.

In between, around 285 hours of home care a week, delivered by 25 committed care staff and 3 care practitioners, with interim support in place and a charity that genuinely puts people first.

What's missing is the manager to bring it all together.

The charity has clear priorities from its last inspection, and it needs someone experienced to strengthen governance, give the team structure and confidence, and be the steady presence both communities deserve.

This is a role for someone who wants their work to mean something locally.

You'll know the families, the roads and the rhythm of the place, and you'll leave the service stronger than you found it.

You'll bring:

• Home care management experience.


• A Level 5 management qualification recognised by Social Care Wales, and eligibility to register as a manager.


• A working knowledge of RISCA and CIW.


• Welsh language skills are highly desirable.
