We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor / Lead Electrician to join one of our well-established clients in South West London.

Our client is a leading creative production and fabrication company delivering luxury retail displays, experiential activations, exhibitions, pop-up environments, window displays, and immersive brand experiences for some of the world's most recognised brands.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the electrical department and play a key role in the delivery of high-profile projects across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, mentor, and develop a small team of electricians and electrical technicians.


• Allocate workload and resources across multiple live projects.


• Deliver electrical installations for retail displays, experiential activations, exhibitions, and bespoke display systems.


• Build, wire, test, commission, and maintain both temporary and permanent electrical installations.


• Install and maintain 240V electrical systems and low-voltage technologies.


• Assemble and test LED lighting systems, RGB LEDs, DMX controls, power supplies, transformers, sensors, and interactive display technologies.


• Carry out fault finding, diagnostics, PAT testing, and electrical inspections.


• Produce safe and efficient cable management and routing solutions.


• Prepare RAMS and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with current regulations and company procedures.


• Work closely with Project Managers, Technical Designers, Fabricators, and Installation Teams throughout the project lifecycle.


• Support workshop manufacture and attend site installations when required.


• Manage electrical consumables, equipment, and testing records.


• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Skills & Requirements:

• Qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).


• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.


• Strong experience working with 240V mains electrical installations.


• Previous experience managing or leading a small electrical team.


• Strong knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems.


• Electrical fault-finding and diagnostic experience.


• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and electrical layouts.


• Full UK Driving Licence.


• Experience gained within one or more of the following sectors:

Desirable Experience:

• Inspection & Testing Qualification (2391 or equivalent).


• ECS Gold Card.


• IPAF Certification.


• PASMA Certification.


• Experience with DMX lighting systems.


• Experience working with interactive technologies and automation systems.


• Previous experience delivering luxury retail or experiential projects.


• Experience supporting international installations.
