Support Worker | Immediate Start 

75 The Greenway, Uxbridge, UB8 2PL  £12.80 - £13.00 per hour

We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities, autism, profound and multiple learning disabilities (PMLD), deafness, hearing loss, and associated complex needs.

Your Role

- Supporting individuals in their homes and community settings
- Promoting independence, confidence and wellbeing
- Assisting with daily living activities
- Encouraging social inclusion and community participation

Requirements

- Valid Right to Work in the UK
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
- Previous care or support work experience desirable
- British Sign Language (BSL) desirable but not essential
