Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care

£55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus | Full-Time | Permanent

Are you an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager ready for your next career move?

We are recruiting for a brand-new CQC-registered domiciliary care service and are looking for an ambitious Registered Manager to help build and develop the service from the ground up.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 3-5 years' management experience in domiciliary care who wants greater responsibility and the opportunity to progress into an Operations Manager role as the organisation grows.

• Lead the day-to-day operation of the service


• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations


• Recruit, manage and develop the care team


• Maintain high standards of person-centred care


• Manage care plans, assessments, safeguarding and risk


• Build relationships with Local Authorities and private clients


• Monitor quality, compliance and service performance


• Support the growth and development of the new service

You will have:

• 3-5 years' management experience within domiciliary care


• Strong home care/domiciliary care experience


• Experience working with Local Authority and/or private clients


• Good knowledge of CQC compliance


• Strong leadership and communication skills


• The ambition to grow with a new organisation

£55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus
