Domiciliary Care Registered Manager

My client are looking for an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to lead and oversee their domiciliary care service.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious care professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care and wants to play a key role in the continued growth and development of the service.

As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of the domiciliary care service.

You will ensure that people receiving care are supported safely, respectfully and in accordance with their individual needs and preferences.

You will lead and support a team of care professionals, maintain strong relationships with service users and their families, and ensure the service operates in line with CQC regulations, legislation and best practice.

  Take overall responsibility for the management and quality of the domiciliary care service

  Ensure the service remains compliant with CQC regulations and relevant legislation

  Lead, motivate and develop a team of care staff

  Oversee recruitment, induction, training and ongoing staff development

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure care plans and risk assessments are accurate, person-centred and regularly reviewed

  
  

We are looking for someone who:

• 
  

  Has previous experience managing a domiciliary/home care service

  
  


• 
  

  Has a strong understanding of CQC regulations and the Health and Social Care Act

  
  


• 
  

  Has experience leading and developing a care team

  
  


• 
  

  Is confident managing compliance, safeguarding and quality assurance

  
  


• 
  

  Is confident, professional and able to work independently

  
  


• 
  

  Has a relevant Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care, or is willing to work towards one

  
  

• 
  

  £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
