I am currently recruiting a General Manager to join this boutique hotel in Bedfordshire.

My client is recruiting for a General Manager who is passionate about F&B, sales & events driven with an eye for detail.

We are looking for someone who leads from the front and can inspire the staff.

About the position

• Country Hotel

• Overseeing all operations of the hotel

• Create a strategy to increase revenue
• Help drive Sales & Marketing
• Create a training and development program for the team
• Train and develop a growing team

The successful candidate

• At least 3 years hotel management experience
• Operationally driven
• Strong communication skills
• F&B experience
• Customer focused with a big personality
• A leader with an eye for detail
• A team player
