New Role!!! Project Manager – Leading Multi-Sector Organization in Dubai 

Salary Package: Up to AED 35 000 + Annual flight allowance and medical insurance (for family up to two kids) + Company car.

We are seeking a highly organised and adaptable Project Manager with fit out experience, to drive on-site project execution and cross-departmental collaboration, to deliver high-quality, cost-effective projects on time, ensuring client satisfaction and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities:    

• Lead project handovers, implement site objectives, and ensure strict compliance with ISO quality and HSE standards.   
• Establish master construction programs, long-lead schedules, and material tracking systems to meet tight deadlines.  
• Partner with QS to manage budgets, monitor BOQ variations, and secure approvals for scope changes.   
• Chair site progress meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve contractual and schedule issues.     
• Mitigate project risks with strategic contingency plans and manage final consultant snag lists for smooth project closeout.     
• Mentor and develop site staff to elevate performance and prepare them for future advancement. 
  
  Experience & Skills:     

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management    
• 10+ years’ experience in the interiors works with at least 2 years in a senior role managing Blue-chip client projects 
• Experience in handling of all site operations, complete knowledge of design/build/construction and should have managed large commercial value projects independently / with sub contactors for at least 2 –3years
