  • Strong organisational and administrative skills

  • Good financial and operational awareness

  • Level 5 Adult Social Care Management qualification, or willingness/eligibility to complete it

Deputy Managers with strong operational experience who are ready to take their first Registered Manager position are encouraged to apply.

What's on Offer?

  • £5,000 annual salary uplift once CQC registration is completed

  • Payment is backdated to your probation pass date

  • Management performance bonus scheme

  • Training and qualification opportunities

  • Internal progression opportunities

  • 24/7 confidential employee support

  • Healthcare and wellbeing benefits

  • Financial wellbeing support

  • Gym, shopping and lifestyle discounts

  • Supportive management environment

CQC Registration Support

You won't be left to navigate registration alone.

The organisation provides support throughout the registration process, with the application prepared during the initial stages of employment and submitted following completion and verification of the required checks.

The Service

This is a genuinely person-centred service where the people supported are encouraged to get involved in activities and the local community.

From cooking and baking to arts and crafts, trips out, festivals and community activities, the focus is on supporting people to live the lives they want.

If you're an experienced Registered Manager looking for a new challenge — or a Deputy Manager ready to take the next step — we'd love to hear from you.
