DIRECTOR – SPA & HEALTH CLUB

A prestigious luxury hotel in Islamabad is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead its Spa & Health Club operations.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about wellness, hospitality, guest experience, and commercial performance, with a strong track record of managing high-end spa and fitness facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Spa & Health Club, ensuring exceptional service, quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop therapists, fitness professionals, receptionists, and support teams.
• Deliver outstanding, personalized guest and member experiences.
• Drive revenue and profitability through pricing, memberships, packages, retail, and promotional initiatives.
• Develop and implement marketing and business-development strategies.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, costs, and overall financial performance.
• Monitor performance indicators, guest feedback, membership trends, and sales results to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain and develop spa treatment menus in line with current wellness trends.
• Ensure ongoing staff training and professional development.
• Build relationships with guests, members, wellness professionals, and the wider community.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• Certification/Diploma in Physical Training, Spa Management, Beauty Therapy, or a related discipline is essential.
• 6–8 years’ relevant experience in spa, wellness, fitness, hospitality, guest services, sales, or marketing.
• Previous luxury hotel experience is highly advantageous.
• Ideally to have worked Internationally, ideally in Europe or GCC countries
• Strong leadership, commercial, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, operations, and revenue performance.

Salary package Offered:

• Monthly Salary between 4000 – 4500 US$; In-house single accommodation; Meals / laundry as per policy; Health and Life Insurance and   One economy class air ticket from workplace to home country
