Analyst- Sales Supply Chain

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with Walmart Replenishment Managers and Merchants in the development of strategic plans to maximize all supply chain related activities

  • Leverage GRS, Supply Plan, POS and other key metrics to build accurate monthly customer forecasts at the item level

  • Maintain standard reports to track key business objectives (Instock %, Fill Rate, Forecast Accuracy, Modular Execution/Performance, Promotions)

  • Identify opportunities (i.e.

    forcast adjustments, supplemental orders) to improve business with Walmart Replenishment Teams

  • Analyze DC/store level inventory and customer forecasts to ensure Instock & OTIF objectives are met

  • Utilize customer specific systems/programs to generate improved supplier performance, replenishment insights and supply chain optimization (OTIF, SQEP, NOVA, FixIt, High Radius, Supplier One, etc.)

  • Identify opportunities leveraging internal and external customer data to drive business solutions, optimizations and supply chain improvements

  • Work with internal Operations and Credit departments to investigate and clear customer deductions and fines

  • Attend and lead weekly meetings with applicable Replenishment Managers at Walmart

  • Monitor & Execute Modular lauches with internal teams leveraging Walmart DC splits & STOs from soft commits to launch

  • Work with DC teams to maintain Walmart secondary packaging standards & troubleshoot any issues with carriers both collect & prepaid



QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance or related field

  • 4-6 years of relevant business experience in Sales, Supply Chain, Replenishment, Demand Planning, Customer Analytics or related fields

  • Experience supporting a major retailer (preferably Walmart)

  • Advanced proficiency in Scintilla, SAP and Microsoft Excel

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large, complex data sets and translate insights into actionable business recommendations

  • Experience with Power BI or similar visual tools preferred

  • Demonstrated understanding of forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, demand planning and supply chain processes

  • Strong understanding of key retail and supply chain performance metrics, including In-Stock, Fill Rate, OTIF, Forecast Accuracy, inventory turns and weeks of supply

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders

Salary range: $85,000-$105,000 (bonus eligible)
