RESTAURANT MANAGER – PREMIUM RESTAURANT

£50,000–£55,000 INCLUSIVE OF TRONC

I’m working with a brilliant premium restaurant in West Sussex, looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to take the lead.

We need someone who loves being on the floor.

Running service, getting to know the guests and building a team who care about the experience they’re delivering.

THE ROLE

• You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day restaurant operation, working closely with the Operations Manager and kitchen team to deliver great service and keep standards consistent.
• Recruitment, training and team development will be a big part of the role, alongside overseeing private dining and events.
• You’ll also need to be comfortable with the numbers, managing labour and costs while making sure the guest experience stays where it should be.

ABOUT YOU

• You’ll be an experienced Restaurant Manager from a strong premium restaurant background, confident leading service and getting the best out of your team.
• Calm under pressure, warm with guests and organised behind the scenes.
• Someone with a good eye for detail who takes pride in both the service and the people delivering it.
• A good understanding of restaurant finances and experience with private dining and events will be important.
