Venue Manager - LGBTQ+ Nightlife & Entertainment, Soho, £47k-£50k

An exciting opportunity to lead one of the UK’s most iconic LGBTQ+ nightlife venues, renowned for its vibrant atmosphere and large-scale events featuring international artists.

We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Venue Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a large team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while helping shape the future of an established nightlife brand.

A friend of the LGBTQ+ community and a passion for inclusion and creating a safe, welcoming environment is essential.

About You

• Proven management experience in a busy nightclub, bar, or large hospitality venue
• Valid Personal Licence to Sell Alcohol (essential)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Experience managing recruitment, rotas, training, and team performance
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime
• A genuine commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion
• Experience in LGBTQ+ nightlife is advantageous
