Children's Residential Support Worker - South West

Locations: Barnstaple, Exeter, Taunton, Bodmin and Crediton
Salary: £30,000-£31,000 per annum
Shift Pattern: Long days and sleep-ins

We have exciting opportunities for Children's Residential Support Workers across the South West, supporting children and young people to feel safe, build confidence and achieve positive outcomes.

You'll provide practical and emotional support within a residential home, helping children develop independence, maintain routines and participate in activities that support their development.

Your role will involve:

• Building positive, trusting relationships with children and young people.


• Supporting daily routines, personal development and life skills.


• Promoting emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour.


• Following individual care plans and safeguarding procedures.


• Working as part of a team to provide consistent, child-centred care.
