Job Title: Service Controller
Location:  Barnoldswick 
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday - Days 

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Controller to join this dynamic team.

This role is central to ensuring seamless coordination of service activities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting the service engineers in delivering exceptional on-site solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule and coordinate service calls and maintenance visits efficiently.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service inquiries.
- Liaise with service engineers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and customer interactions.
- Monitor service KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in preparing service reports and documentation.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a service coordination or customer support role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service management software.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
