An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an accomplished Executive Chef to lead the culinary operation of a prestigious new Italian restaurant opening in Kuwait.

Representing an internationally recognised luxury hospitality concept, this opening offers an exciting opportunity for a highly driven culinary leader to shape the kitchen brigade, establish exceptional operating standards and deliver an outstanding Italian dining experience from day one.

We are seeking a passionate and commercially astute professional with a strong background in premium Italian cuisine, luxury dining and the successful launch of high-profile restaurant operations.

The Role

As Executive Chef, you will take full responsibility for the culinary direction, operational performance and development of the kitchen team.

Working closely with senior management, you will bring the restaurant’s culinary vision to life while ensuring the highest standards of food quality, consistency, presentation and guest satisfaction.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef or senior culinary leader within premium Italian restaurants, luxury hotels or internationally recognised dining concepts.
• Extensive knowledge of authentic Italian cuisine, ingredients, regional traditions and contemporary culinary techniques.
• Demonstrated experience opening new restaurants or leading major pre-opening projects.
• A strong track record in kitchen leadership, team development and financial management.
• Excellent understanding of food cost control, menu engineering, purchasing and kitchen operations.
• The ability to lead, motivate and develop a diverse, multicultural team.
• A hands-on leadership style, exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for culinary excellence.
• International hospitality experience and previous experience in the Middle East would be advantageous.
