Job Title:         Bartender

Our client is an iconic neighbourhood British restaurant and live music venue, offering a unique guest experience on a daily basis! They boast two separate bars, a private cigar lounge and a spacious restaurant floor seating up to 200 guests.

The bar can be described as quite classical with in array of vintage spirits, wines and cocktails.

The bars are overseen by an exquisite bar manager with 15+ years’ experience running famous bars within five-star luxury hotels and exclusive members clubs.

They have an opportunity for a full time Bartender to join their team of 6!

• Set rota – mainly working evenings including a maximum of two closing shifts per week (2am finish)
• Contracted hourly rate of pay - £16 to £17 per hour + Surplus Tronc

Bartender Requirements:

• A skilled and personable bartender who is passionate about hospitality, hardworking, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
• Well organised, proactive, and comfortable working evenings in a busy and vibrant environment.
• A stable employment history, demonstrating reliability and commitment to previous roles.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktails, with whisky knowledge being highly advantageous.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards.
• A genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences and providing outstanding service at all times.
