Operations Manager
As part of STR Group, you'll be joining Insignis Talent, a specialist brand with an established presence across Technology, Engineering & Manufacturing, Business Operations and Corporate Accounts.
We're now expanding into the US Power & Energy sector, creating an exceptional opportunity to build and develop a high-value market with larger fees, significant growth potential and access to one of the world's most dynamic economies.
This is your opportunity to take ownership of a growing market, develop high-value client relationships, build your desk and shape the future of the division.
Why settle for the limits of a mature UK market when the US offers greater scale, higher fees and bigger opportunities? The role follows a US-aligned working pattern and offers a direct career pathway to relocate to the USA as the business grows.
We're flexible on the level of leadership experience you bring; what matters most is your ambition, commercial drive and enthusiasm for building a new market, backed by the resources and reputation of STR Group and Insignis Talent.
