Are you an experienced Design Manager or Team Leader looking for your next opportunity?

We're working with an established manufacturer within the commercial ventilation and HVAC industry, who are looking to recruit a Design Office Manager for their head office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a busy design and programming function, leading a team of design engineers, design specialists and programming operatives.

You'll play a key role in driving performance, improving processes and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.

The Role

As Design Office Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management and development of the design team, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with customer requirements.

You'll work closely with colleagues across design, programming, production and senior management, helping to improve operational performance, develop team capabilities and support the continued growth of the business.

About You

We're keen to speak with individuals who have experience managing or leading a design function within a manufacturing or engineering environment.

You'll ideally bring:

  Previous experience in a Design Manager, Design Office Manager, Design Team Leader or similar position.

  Experience managing and developing technical teams.
