A brilliant opportunity for a General Manager who loves being on the floor, knows how to run a great service and takes real pride in helping their team grow.

This contemporary, Michelin Guide-listed restaurant brings together exceptional food, thoughtful service and a lively atmosphere.

We’re looking for someone who can bring those elements together, making guests feel welcome and giving the team the support and confidence to deliver.

The role

• You’ll lead from the floor, setting the pace of service, noticing the little things and being there when your team needs you.
  
  From the welcome at the door to the final table leaving, you’ll take ownership of the guest experience.
• Nurturing and developing your people will be a huge part of this role.
  
  You’ll coach during service, make time for meaningful feedback and recognise when someone is ready for more responsibility.
• You’ll build a team who feel valued, work well together and can see a future within the business.
• Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll also take ownership of the restaurant’s commercial performance, managing costs, understanding the P&L and finding opportunities to grow sales while maintaining standards.

About you

• You’re an experienced General Manager from a quality restaurant background, with a genuine love of food, drink and hospitality.
• You’re a visible, approachable leader who enjoys being in the detail of service.
• You know when to step in, when to guide and when to give your team the space to develop.
• You can demonstrate how you’ve strengthened a team, progressed people and improved a restaurant’s performance.
• Above all, you bring warmth, energy and consistency to the floor.
