I'm recruiting a Head Chef for a newly launched corporate dining operation in Uxbridge, offering a fantastic opportunity to put your own stamp on the food from the very beginning.

This is a fresh-food focused kitchen where you'll have the freedom to bring new ideas to the menu, develop your team and create a food offer that people genuinely look forward to.

The Operation

• Premium Business & Industry contract catering.
• Freshly prepared breakfast and lunch.
• Seasonal hot dishes, street food and daily specials.
• Deli, salad bar and lighter food options.
• Occasional corporate hospitality.
• Small, established kitchen structure.

The Role

• Take ownership of the daily kitchen operation.
• Create exciting, seasonal menus using fresh ingredients.
• Lead and develop your Sous Chef and kitchen team.
• Bring creativity to the breakfast, lunch and street-food offering.
• Manage ordering, stock, food costs and waste.
• Build strong relationships with the client.
• Maintain excellent food quality and kitchen standards.

About You

• Experienced Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to progress.
• Contract catering or B&I experience desirable.
• Passionate about fresh food and modern workplace dining.
• Creative, organised and confident developing menus.
• Commercially aware and comfortable managing a kitchen.
• Hands-on, approachable and enthusiastic about leading a team.
