An opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer to join a well-established law firm specialising in personal injury, medical negligence, and family law.

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, maintain high service standards and oversee support staff.

What we are looking for



* Previously worked as a Conveyancer or in a similar role.


* Experience working within a residential conveyancing team.


* Able to manage all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, remortgages, freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and unregistered titles.


* Background managing a volume caseload and working with referrers.


* Experience or capability in supervising support staff.


* A self-motivated approach and a genuine commitment to delivering a quality service to clients.
