Operations Manager- Pub business, London £75,000  

Hiring for 2027 start date 

(ONLY apply if you are in an Operations Manager, Area Managers role at the moment)  

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced bar and pub hospitality operator to join this smaller but currently expanding group across the London, 12 sites and expanding.

These sites will all have a great mix of food and drinks! Great little business to put your stamp on and have an impact!   

The ideal candidate will treat the business as their own but report to the COO for the group.  The right mind set will allow for massive opportunities to move this business forward and report into the SLT, opening experience would be a bonus for this role, and coming from a leading London operator will be key for my client, these sites are all unique to the location, they are keen to speak to talent with some branded experience

In the long-term you will be responsible for improving product quality & consistency, increasing productivity, developing customer base and maintaining and increasing profitability across all areas of the business,  

Must have excellent proven experience as a senior operator from the industry with Management of Area Managers / Operations Managers – Hospitality pub experience needed
