We are seeking an experienced Bakery Supervisor to lead daily bakery operations, oversee production, and ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and freshness across all bakery products.

• Minimum 5 years of professional bakery experience.
• Previous experience as a Bakery Supervisor or Senior Baker.
• Strong expertise in bread, pastries, and bakery production.
• Proven leadership, team coordination, and production planning skills.
• Excellent knowledge of food hygiene, safety, stock control, and waste reduction.
• Luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, or professional bakery experience is an advantage
