Technical Analyst

About the Role

Are you an IT professional who enjoys solving technical problems and helping people get the most out of their technology?

We’re looking for a Technical Analyst to join an exciting new entertainment destination in Paris.

You’ll provide hands-on IT support across the business, troubleshooting hardware and software issues and ensuring employees have the technology they need to work effectively.

The Role

• Provide technical support for desktop computers, laptops, software and mobile devices.
• Respond to IT support requests via tickets, email, phone and in-person assistance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and operating system issues.
• Install, configure, test and maintain end-user devices and peripherals.
• Administer and support Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.
• Document incidents, repairs, installations and equipment changes within the IT service management system.
• Monitor system performance and maintain accurate IT equipment inventories.
• Support Windows deployment, configuration management and software testing.
• Conduct software licence audits and assist with equipment refresh projects.
• Coordinate with third-party IT support providers and hardware and software vendors.
• Provide basic networking, telecommunications and audiovisual support.
• Help employees understand IT systems and resolve common technical issues.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in an IT support or technical analyst role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktop and laptop deployment, and Windows administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Intune, configuration management and mobile device management.
• Good understanding of LAN/WAN networks and audiovisual technology.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Organised, proactive and results-driven.
• Microsoft, CompTIA or other relevant IT certifications are advantageous.
• Familiarity with Zendesk or another IT help desk ticketing system is beneficial.
