Service Advisor – Automotive Dealership
Location: Woolwich, South East London
Basic Salary: £35,525 | OTE: £50,000+ | Company Car

Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking for your next opportunity within a main dealership? We are recruiting on behalf of an established automotive dealership in Woolwich for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join their busy aftersales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with automotive service experience who enjoys building customer relationships, delivering outstanding service and working in a professional dealership environment.

Working Hours:

- Monday to Friday: 8:00am–6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am–12:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays
- 45 hours per week, with Saturday hours paid in addition

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional service.
- Manage the customer journey from vehicle booking through to collection and handover.
- Keep customers updated on vehicle servicing, repairs, costs and completion times.
- Explain additional work and obtain customer authorisation where required.
- Liaise with workshop technicians to coordinate jobs and maintain workshop efficiency.
- Complete service documentation and administration accurately.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Ensure vehicles are prepared and ready for collection.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Aftersales Advisor or Service Team Manager.
- Experience working within a main dealership or automotive service environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organisational, administrative and time-management abilities.
- The confidence to explain vehicle repairs, manage customer expectations and resolve concerns.
- A professional, proactive approach and the ability to work effectively within a busy team.
