General Manager – Restaurants - Up to £55,000 OTE + Bonus 

We’re looking for an experienced, commercially minded General Manager to lead a busy, high-volume restaurant operation.

This is an opportunity for a strong hospitality leader who understands what it takes to run a successful restaurant, driving sales, managing the P&L, delivering an outstanding guest experience, and building a team that genuinely loves what they do.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant, ideally within a premium casual dining environment.
• Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to drive sales, grow revenue, and maximise profitability.
• Confident managing P&L, labour costs, margins, and overall business performance.
• A genuine passion for guest experience and delivering consistently high standards of service.
• A people-first leader who knows how to develop, motivate, and get the best out of their team.
• Someone who leads from the front, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes real ownership of their business.
