SENIOR SOMMELIER

An exciting opportunity to join the opening team of a distinctive new elevated dining destination in Dubai as their Senior Sommelier!

We are seeking a passionate and accomplished Senior Sommelier with exceptional wine knowledge, a refined approach to hospitality and the ability to create memorable, personalised guest experiences.

Ideally to be currently working in Dubai or recent experience in region!

Working closely with the restaurant leadership and culinary teams, you will help shape the wine programme, deliver outstanding wine service and inspire the team to uphold the highest standards.

This venue has an extensive wine list of well over 1600+ labels so we really need an individual who knows their stuff.

The ideal candidate brings experience from a high-end dining environment, strong commercial acumen, excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for wine and contemporary hospitality.

An opportunity to make your mark from the very beginning and help define the identity of an exciting new restaurant.

Salary package: negotiable and dependent upon experience
