THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is partnering with a growing international business looking for a Global Marketing Manager to help turn ambitious expansion plans into measurable results.

With an established brand, an international distributor network and opportunities across new markets, you'll have scope to introduce fresh thinking and improve how marketing supports sales.


This would suit an International Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager who enjoys combining strategy with delivery, developing creative teams and putting clear measures behind marketing activity.

THE GLOBAL MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:

• Develop an international marketing strategy that connects brand awareness, customer enquiries and sales conversion with the business's growth priorities.


• Translate expansion plans into practical campaigns, adapting messaging and activity for different markets and distributor audiences.


• Bring the market planning approach of an International Marketing Manager and the commercial judgement of a Senior Marketing Manager to prioritising opportunities.


• Work with sales colleagues to improve the customer journey, lead follow-up and visibility of campaign results as CRM processes develop.


• Set clear briefs and priorities for content creators and videographers, delegate delivery and give creative colleagues room to contribute ideas.


• Review social media performance and introduce new approaches to audience growth, engagement and lead generation.


• Support distributors with relevant campaign content and consistent messaging while responding to local market needs.


• Apply your experience as an International Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager to establishing useful reporting on leads, conversions and campaign effectiveness.


• Work closely with leadership to challenge assumptions constructively, recommend where to focus marketing spend and keep delivery moving.

THE PERSON:

• Experience as a Global Marketing Manager, International Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager, with ownership of strategy and campaign delivery.


• Evidence of delivering marketing activity across international markets and working effectively with commercial stakeholders.


• Able to connect creative campaigns with lead generation, customer enquiries and sales outcomes.


• Confident briefing and coordinating creative colleagues, sharing responsibility and setting clear expectations.


• A practical problem solver who welcomes feedback, contributes fresh ideas and is comfortable building processes in a changing business.


• An International Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing Manager ready to take an active role in delivery and work from Milton Keynes each day.
