An exciting opportunity exists for an accomplished Sous Chef to join a distinctive boutique hotel, delivering exceptional culinary experiences within an intimate, high-end hospitality environment.

We are seeking a passionate and hands-on culinary professional with a strong five-star hotel background, proven leadership ability and a genuine commitment to quality, consistency and guest satisfaction.

The Role

Working closely with the Executive Chef, you will oversee daily kitchen operations, maintain exceptional culinary standards, lead and develop the brigade, and ensure efficient kitchen performance across all food operations.

You will play a key role in menu execution, cost control, food safety and delivering a consistently outstanding guest experience.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef within a five-star luxury hotel is essential.
• UAE hospitality experience is highly desirable.
• Strong culinary skills, attention to detail and a passion for quality ingredients and presentation.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a professional kitchen team.
• Sound understanding of food costing, stock control, budgeting and kitchen financials.
• Good working knowledge of hotel operating systems and platforms, with the ability to navigate hotel procedures, reporting and operational workflows.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards.
• A hands-on, organised and adaptable approach, with the ability to thrive in a boutique hotel environment.
