Are you an experienced Account Manager with a background in luxury hospitality, fine dining or premium catering?

I'm recruiting an Account Manager for a leading premium hospitality business, overseeing high-end premium catering operations across multiple locations.

This is a senior, hands-on role where you'll work closely with General Managers, lead operational performance and deliver exceptional VIP guest experiences.

You must have experience in luxury hospitality and large-scale catering operations.

The Operation

• Premium Catering & VIP hospitality.
• High-volume, premium food and beverage service.
• Multiple sites operating 24/7.
• High expectations for food, service and presentation.
• Established General Managers and hospitality teams.

The Role

• Oversee daily operations across multiple locations.
• Manage, coach and develop General Managers.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships.
• Drive exceptional food, beverage and service standards.
• Manage budgets, labour costs and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance, productivity and consistency.
• Identify opportunities to improve the guest experience.
• Work hands-on with teams to maintain high standards.

About You

• Experienced Account Manager, Multi-Site Manager or Senior Operations Manager.
• Luxury hospitality, five-star hotel or fine dining experience is essential.
• Strong background in high-volume catering or hospitality operations.
• Experience managing General Managers or senior management teams.
• Confident delivering VIP and premium guest experiences.
• Commercially aware, with strong client management skills.
• Visible, hands-on and comfortable leading from the front.
• Flexible to work early mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Must be able to commute easily to West London.

This is a site-based operational role, not an office position.
