We’re seeking an experienced Night Area Manager to oversee cleaning operations across a portfolio of prestigious 5-star hotels and luxury venues in London. About the Position

• Lead night cleaning operations across multiple luxury sites
• Manage and develop supervisors and cleaning teams
• Build strong client relationships
• Maintain exceptional cleaning and presentation standards
• Manage staffing, rotas, and resources
• Conduct quality checks and site audits
• Drive team performance and service excellence
• Ensure health and safety compliance
• Resolve operational issues and urgent requests
• Identify improvements across all sites

The Successful Candidate

• Experience managing teams in luxury hospitality or high-end facilities
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• Previous night-shift experience preferred
• High attention to detail and quality
• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of health and safety
• Full, valid UK driving licence
• Flexible to work 5 nights on / 2 nights off on a rota
