Tyre Fitter

You will be part of an experienced bodyshop team, ensuring all vehicles are prepared and finished to the highest standards for our customers.

Working under the guidance and support of the Supervisor and Bodyshop Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining vehicle safety, quality and workshop efficiency.

- Carry out tyre inspections and diagnostics, including checking tyre condition, pressure and tread depth.
- Repair or replace tyres as required, ensuring all work is completed safely and to the required standards.
- Remove and refit tyres and wheels efficiently and accurately.
- Check and adjust wheel balancing, alignment and rotation where required.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and health and safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
- Assist with additional workshop duties as required to support the smooth running of the department.
- Provide guidance, support and training to new team members when required.
- Share knowledge and expertise with junior technicians to support their development.

- Previous experience working as a Tyre Technician or in a similar role is essential.
- A full, valid UK driving licence.
- A genuine passion for the motor industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on safety, accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- The ability to work independently, use initiative and make informed decisions when required.
- A strong team ethic, with a willingness to support colleagues and share technical knowledge.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage workloads efficiently while maintaining high standards
