THE OPPORTUNITY:

Are you a Sales Coordinator who enjoys handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations and coordinating orders through to completion?

Get Recruited are partnering with a growing supplier of premium security doors to recruit a Sales Coordinator.

Based in their new showroom and office, you'll manage incoming enquiries, support customers with product choices and coordinate orders from initial quotation through to installation.

This Sales Coordinator opportunity would suit someone with experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Coordinator, Internal Sales Executive or Customer Service Coordinator who enjoys combining customer contact with detailed order management.

You'll work with homeowners, architects and developers, ensuring customers receive a professional, responsive service throughout their projects.

THE SALES COORDINATOR ROLE:

  Handle incoming enquiries by phone, email and in the showroom, understanding customer requirements and explaining suitable product options.

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare accurate, tailored quotations, typically worth £6,000-£8,000, and follow up to progress enquiries into confirmed orders.

  
  


• 
  

  Act as the main point of contact for customers, answering questions and keeping them informed throughout the order process.

  
  


• 
  

  As Sales Coordinator, check order specifications, measurements, finishes and accessories carefully before submitting orders for manufacture.

  
  


• 
  

  Arrange site surveys, raise invoices and coordinate information between customers, suppliers, production teams and installers.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor manufacturing and delivery schedules, book installations and resolve potential delays with the relevant teams.

  
  


• 
  

  Build relationships with homeowners, architects and developers, supporting repeat business and future projects.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate enquiry, quotation and order records in Monday.com.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage outstanding tasks and customer queries through to completed installation.

  
  


• 
  

  Support individual and team sales targets, providing updates on quotations, conversions and order progress.

  
  

THE PERSON:

• 
  

  Experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Administrator, Sales Support Coordinator, Internal Sales Executive or similar.

  
  


• 
  

  Confident handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations and following up on outstanding opportunities.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience coordinating customer orders, deliveries, installations or projects.

  
  


• 
  

  An organised Sales Coordinator with strong attention to detail when handling specifications and order information.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage customer expectations.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience using CRM systems and managing multiple orders or customers simultaneously.

  
  


• 
  

  A proactive approach, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work closely with colleagues.

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable working towards sales and service targets.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience within doors, windows, glazing, construction, home improvements, interiors or premium products would be advantageous.

  
  

THE PACKAGE:

• 
  

  £35,000-£40,000 basic salary, depending on experience.

  Higher basic salaries considered for candidates with direct security door industry experience.

  Bonuses linked to individual performance and team results, with £65,000+ OTE.
