Operations Manager – Premium Independent Pub Group – £75,000 – London

We are working with a fantastic independent London pub group looking for an experienced, passionate and commercially driven Operations Manager to oversee seven characterful pubs across the capital.

This is a business that believes in proper pubs! Great beer, excellent food, brilliant hospitality and venues with their own personalities.

We're looking for someone who understands the balance between commercial performance and giving General Managers the freedom to run their pubs with personality and flair.

The Role

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of seven established London pubs.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of General Managers.
• Drive sales, profitability and operational performance across the portfolio.
• Take ownership of budgets, P&L performance, labour and cost controls.
• Champion exceptional hospitality, quality food and great drinks.
• Grow revenue through events, local marketing and community engagement.
• Maintain high operational standards without losing each pub's individual identity.
• Work closely with senior leadership to drive the business forward.

Who Are We Looking For?

• An experienced multi-site Operations Manager from a quality pub or hospitality background.
• Someone who genuinely loves pubs, their people and the communities they serve.
• Strong commercial awareness with a proven record of driving sales and profitability.
• A hands-on, approachable leader who develops and inspires their General Managers.
• Experience across both wet-led and food-led operations.
• Someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who brings fresh ideas and energy.
• A leader equally comfortable reviewing a P&L and getting behind the bar on a busy Friday!
