Assistant General Manager – Premium Restaurant – £50,000

We’re looking for an experienced Assistant General Manager to join a fantastic casual premium restaurant in London Bridge area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate hospitality professional who is genuinely guest-focused, hands-on and loves being on the floor.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as an AGM or a Restaurant Manager within casual premium dining.
• A genuine passion for exceptional guest service
• Strong wine knowledge, WSET would be highly desirable but not essential
• A hands-on management style and a strong presence on the floor
• Someone who enjoys being part of the team and leads by example
• Experience training, developing and motivating a team
• Excellent communication skills and a real eye for detail
• A warm, energetic and professional approach to hospitality

The role:

• Leading, training and motivating a small FOH team
• Maintaining exceptional service standards
• Spending plenty of time on the floor, engaging with guests and supporting the team
• Helping create a welcoming, polished and memorable guest experience
