About the Role

We're working with a growing business in the entertainment and leisure industry, looking for a Field Marketing Lead to help drive the success of its venues.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys coming up with ideas, building local relationships and finding new ways to get customers through the door.

You'll take ownership of marketing across multiple locations, supporting new openings, organising events and creating campaigns that keep customers coming back.

You'll have plenty of opportunity to make the role your own and see the impact of your work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop local marketing plans to increase customer visits and venue revenue.
• Work closely with venue teams to understand opportunities and improve performance.
• Support new venue openings and help build awareness from day one.
• Organise local events, partnerships, promotions and PR activity.
• Plan campaigns around seasonal events, holidays and key dates.
• Oversee marketing materials and the overall customer experience across venues.
• Work with internal teams and external agencies to bring ideas to life.
• Track results and look for new ways to improve campaigns.

About You

• Experience in multi-site marketing, ideally within hospitality, leisure, retail or entertainment.
• A good understanding of how to drive footfall and attract new customers.
• Experience with events, local partnerships and marketing campaigns.
• Commercially minded, creative and comfortable looking at performance figures.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Confident building relationships and working with different teams.
