A leading luxury retail and lifestyle group is seeking an accomplished and commercially driven General Manager to lead its growing portfolio of premium retail destinations across Saudi Arabia and international markets.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple prestigious locations across the Kingdom.

This is an exciting senior leadership opportunity for an individual who combines strong commercial acumen with expertise in luxury fashion, hospitality and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth across Saudi Arabia and international markets.
• Business Development: Lead feasibility studies, market research and investment planning to identify new business opportunities.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee multi-location retail operations, ensuring operational efficiency and consistently exceptional service standards.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, forecasts, financial performance and cost control to maximise profitability.
• Luxury Retail & Hospitality: Integrate luxury fashion retail with world-class hospitality concepts to deliver distinctive customer experiences.
• Leadership & Talent Development: Build, lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple locations.
• Expansion & Project Management: Oversee new outlet developments and openings, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Innovation & Sustainability: Champion digital transformation, emerging technologies and sustainable business practices.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Hospitality or a related discipline.
• 8–10 years of relevant senior management experience within luxury retail, fashion, hospitality or multi-site operations.
• A proven track record in strategic business development, feasibility studies and commercial performance management.
• Strong financial expertise, including budgeting, forecasting and profitability optimisation.
• Extensive experience managing multi-location retail operations and large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and international luxury retail environments, including duty-free operations.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation and decision-making skills.
• A progressive approach to innovation, customer experience and sustainability
• Preference will be given to Arabic speakers and short notice periods will be appreciated.
